- A solid foundation in product management, demonstrated by 5+ years of experience in the field, preferably including both product management and product consulting roles. 
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and present a product vision to diverse stakeholders, from team members to executives, using exceptional written and verbal skills. 
- Technical savviness, with a clear understanding of modern product development strategies and technologies. While not a prerequisite, familiarity with engineering concepts will be an asset. 
- A strong track record of delivering successful B2B and/or consumer-facing products, demonstrating your keen eye for market needs and customer value. 
- Proficient in developing, executing, and delivering in line with a product roadmap, reflecting your capacity for high-level strategic planning and attention to detail. 
- Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate workshops to address and resolve issues, in addition to presenting your team's work with confidence and clarity. 
- Ability to navigate complex technical challenges, providing support and guidance to the team in making informed decisions. 
- In-depth understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, developed through hands-on experience in market analysis and competitive research.
