Parallel partnered with Decathlon to synthesise their Future of Sport research and inspire fresh thinking. Our goal was to create new way of understanding and showcasing emerging themes in the sporting world, and to help innovation leaders break down silos and strategically create and capture value. We created an AI-pipeline that analyses research materials, extracts and maps relationships into a knowledge graph—and then renders the insights to an interactive landscape.
How can you make a complex knowledge graph more accessible, brand-aligned, and suitable for a physical installation? Over several months, we refined the concept of encoding the data into a fully interactive digital landscape that echoes the sentiment of exploration and adventure.
In parallel to the web experience, we are developing a real-time installation for Decathlon HQ, featuring an immersive display and multiplayer components, allowing teams to interact with the knowledge graph as part of their ongoing innovation work.
